Work

Designing a Fundraising MVP for Coastal Protection

A product that lets people sponsor their own patch of the North Devon coastline. I led the UX on the MVP, which was presented at a global World Surfing Reserves event. Other reserves now want to adopt the model.

Redesigning a More Meaningful Post-Donation Experience

A UX concept redesign exploring how the post-donation journey could better reinforce impact and encourage continued engagement. I focused on improving structure, emotional connection, and clearer next actions through a redesigned thank you page experience.

About Me

From the South East, studied in the North East, now living in the South West (and often in London).

I lead UX on projects from early ideas through to launch, from fast-turnaround campaigns to product MVPs, B2B websites and design systems. A lot of my work is information architecture and user testing: structuring complex content and checking it makes sense to the people using it. I’m at my best taking a messy or complicated problem, working it through with the team, and landing on something simple that people actually use. That means running workshops, presenting to clients, and working closely with developers to get it built right.

More and more, I’m building what I design too, and it’s what I enjoy most right now. I built this site, and I usually have a personal project on the go.

Outside of work I like keeping active: swimming, cycling, the gym, and surfing whenever I can. I used to do a lot of gymnastics, and I enjoy golf and chess. I also love travelling, hiking and exploring new places.
